An experienced Accounts Assistant/Administrator is required by this motor dealership in Wakefield. Joining the centralised accounts and admin team you will be responsible for:
- Preparing a daily cash flow, reconciliation, and posting bank statements to the DMS.
- Assisting the Finance Manager to complete monthly accounts.
- Invoice vehicle orders, vehicle funding, and manage paperwork for delivered deals – uploading all to the DMS.
- Chasing sales ledger debts.
- Preparing supplier payments.
- Other administration-based tasks.
Previous experience of working within a similar role, within an office environment, is essential, along with good IT and communication skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
