Our client in Huddersfield is looking for a very organised member of staff to fill a varied position within their Parts Customer Care Team. This is an additional position to the business as the department grows. Full training will be given, however, a motor background would be desirable. 

 Your duties:

  • Helping to manage key accounts by building strong relationships and creating trust.
  • First point of contact for missing parts, blocked orders, chasing back-orders
  • Ability to employ multiple (basic) systems and subsequently to analyse data and action accordingly. 
  • There are elements of Administration to the role also with orders to input on occasion and cases to log online on behalf of customers.

 Must have a methodical approach, a personable and approachable disposition, display attention to detail, have excellent time management and organisational skills. CAN-DO attitude is essential!

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Excel and the ability to employ basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, ETC. would certainly be beneficial

 Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and Alternate Saturdays 8.00am – 12.00pm
