A great opportunity for someone confident and personable to join this motor dealership group in Wakefield. You must have excellent communication skills and provide a great service to customers at all times, representing the company in a professional and positive way.

Duties include:

  • Answering telephone calls for the dealership; qualifying the customer and transferring the call to the relevant department/person.
  • Taking messages and responding to general enquiries.
  • Responsible for the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) This involves content creation in partnership with the marketing, sales, and aftersales team.
  • Responding to messages, engaging, and influencing with followers.

You will have previous experience of working in social media, within a business environment and bring new ideas for campaigns/content.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000
