Working within a small but busy parts team in Cleckheaton, your role will be to always ensure that excellent customer service is always supplied by dealing with queries relating to vehicle products supplied by the company either internally or externally.

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing the fulfilment of customers parts requests
  • Correct identification of parts for customers and occasional internal support
  • Where stock is not available, liaising with relevant alternative suppliers
  • Reviewing and updating the DMS system accurately
  • Checking stock availability and providing prices
  • Keep customers informed of any parts shortages/delivery delays

Knowledge & experience required:

  • Confident in dealing with enquiries and providing advice
  • Previous experience in a parts setting is essential
  • Valid forklift licence not essential as training will be provided
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft i.e. windows, excel, sharepoint.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Numerate and literate
  • Able to communicate well at all levels

Salary: £25,000 – £27,500

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
