An experienced Motor Trade Service Advisor is required by this dealership in Bradford to provide reception and admin support to the Service Department. 

You will deliver a high level of customer service and accurately record information onto the Kerridge system, ensuring that invoicing opportunities are maximised & month-end deadlines/targets are met.

Duties will include:

  • Retail, warranty, and repair & maintenance input and invoicing using the manufacturer and dealerships management systems. 
  • Managing service reception, planning, and taking bookings.
  • Deal with all customer enquiries both at the reception desk and by telephone in a professional and fair manner.  
  • Support and assist in resolving invoice disputes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with franchise partners, customers, and regional management.
  • General administration support to the Service Department.

You must have excellent communication skills, competent in the use of IT systems, and have experience within the motor industry. 

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.30pm / 9.00am-6.00pm (alternate weeks) plus alternate Saturday Mornings.

Salary: £23,500 – £25,000
