We are looking for someone with a customer-focused attitude to deliver a high standard of service at all times to customers. Experience of working in Customer Service is essential and previous motor trade experience would be an advantage.
The role of Service Advisor is a key position within the dealership; you act as the relationship manager between the customer and workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. You will build relationships and be expected to keep customers updated throughout the service or repair of their vehicle. Other duties include up-selling additional products and making follow-up calls with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Customer focus, relationship maintenance, and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am-5.30pm and Alternate Saturday Mornings
Salary: £26,000 basic, OTE £28,500 plus many company benefits including 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
